Made in Japan in 2004, the JM66B Jazzmaster was one of the last true '66 reissue models made by Fender before replacing them with the generic Classic 60's model. The JM66B version was a real rarity, featuring an alder body with a maple neck and ivory bound 21 fret rosewood fingerboard with block inlays (7.25" radius, 43mm nut width, 648mm scale length), it weighs 3.6kg's. Loaded with vintage-style tuners and the original bridge/tremolo system, the original Fender JM-VINTAGE pickups sound great and it appears all original.
Very good used condition with only light signs of wear and tear as pictured. Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing, the neck is straight and the truss adjusts well, the frets have plenty of life and are shiny and smooth with only very slight playwear.
