Made in the USA in 2012, loaded with a Seymour Duncan Phat Cat/JB pickup set and some Gotoh hardware. Looks to have had a minor headstock repair at some point as pictured (or perhaps a touchup from some nitro burn). Regardless it's rock solid and plays great with some light fretwear and a straight neck.
