Made in Japan in 2010 as part of Fender Japan's "Vintage Collection" of premium reissues, the ST62-TX/MH was a highly desirable model that wears a Burgundy Mist finish with a stunning matching headstock.
Alder body with a '62 profile maple neck and a 21 fret rosewood fingerboard (7.25" radius, 42mm nut width), it weighs 3.7kg's. Factory loaded with a set of Fender USA Texas Special pickups along with Fender stamped saddles and vintage tuners, this one appears to be all original as pictured.
This is one of almost 50 guitars that we recently acquired from an Australian collector who kept most of his guitars safely stashed away and only used them very lightly at home.
Good used condition with light signs of wear and tear as pictured including light surface scuffs and some surface rust on the hardware but no major bumps/dings of note. The neck is straight and the truss adjusts well, the frets are shiny and have plenty of life.
