Made by ESP's Takada factory in 2001, this Custom Shop 5-string is an incredibly professional bass made by some of the best luthiers in Japan. Looks to be a solid alder body with a quilted maple top, 6-bolt maple neck with a 24 fret ebony fingerboard (47mm nut width, 19mm string spacing at the bridge, 35" scale length), it weighs 5kg's. Loaded with a Kent Armstrong active pickup set with a preamp and a set of Gotoh HAP tuners, it appears all original.
Very good used condition with only light wear from general use. The neck is straight and the truss adjusts perfectly, the frets are shiny and smooth with plenty of life left.
