Made in the USA in very limited numbers in the mid 1990's, the Les Paul Studio DC was a simplified version of the Les Paul Studio wearing a bright Cherry Sunburst finish. Solid mahogany body with a maple top, slim 60's profile mahogany neck and a 24 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs a very reasonable 3.2kg's. Loaded with the original Gibson humbuckers and Gibson branded tuners along with a wraparound tailpiece that is still intonated nicely.
Serviced prior to listing, includes the original hardcase and paperwork. The frets are well worn but still play smoothly with plenty of life in them, the neck is straight and the truss adjusts as it should.
