Made in the USA in 1997, this Les Paul Classic Plaintop is from one of the better recent periods of Gibson manufacturing. Mahogany back with a plain maple top and a smooth Honeyburst finish, slim 60's profile mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, it weighs just over 4kg's. Loaded with Gibson's 496R/500T humbucker set, this one appears to be all original.
Good used condition as pictured with a professional minor headstock repair as pictured. Only a partial break and the repair is very clean and included a light overspray so it's undetectable in the hand and is rock solid. The frets are shiny and smooth and the neck is straight with a fully adjustable truss rod.
