An effects pedal brand from Sapporo that has been active since 2009 under the name "1995fx".
It was run by guitarist and builder Sugimoto alone, but in 2019, bassist Springman joined and they are now actively developing bass effects. Currently, the company is run by two people in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and they handle everything from production to operation.
