Made in Japan by the Fujigen factory in 1994. The JM66-80 was Fender's flagship Jazzmaster from the "Collectors Series" and was designed to replicate the famous '66 design. Solid alder body with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard (42mm nut width, 7.25" radius), it weighs 3.7kg's. Classic Jazzmaster wiring with a pair of JM-SINGLE pickups, this one's wearing some vintage Kluson Deluxe tuners and new screws for the pickguard otherwise it appears to be all original.
Well loved condition as pictured with some checking to the finish and fading to the plastics, no breaks or repairs though. The neck is straight and plays well with an adjustable truss rod, the frets have plenty of life with some light playwear.
