Made by the Fujigen factory in 1990, the EGC-480 was Greco's entry level Les Paul Custom in ebony. Mahogany body with a tenon-bolted slim 60's profile mahogany neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 4.2kg's. Looks to be all original as pictured.
Overall it's in good vintage condition with basic signs of wear from 30 years of use, although a previous owner has carved the back of the cutaway for better access to the higher frets. Does it look ridiculous? Yes. Does it work? Absolutely. The frets are shiny with plenty of life left and the truss works as it should, the neck is straight and plays smoothly.
