Made in Japan in 1991 as part of Gibson's experiment with Japanese manufacturers, the Orville by Gibson "TB" was their Thunderbird offering.
Mahogany body with a set mahogany neck and a 20 fret rosewood fingerboard (34" scale length) it weighs 3.8kg's. Loaded with the original Japanese mini humbucker pickup configuration, a three-point bridge and vintage style tuners.
Plays and sounds great as it sits with a smooth low action and a fully adjustable truss, it's in well loved condition as pictured with no breaks or repairs. The neck is straight and the frets have plenty of life left.
