Japanese made in 1989, this is one of the early model RG-550's from Ibanez and has seemingly lived a very rich life.. Nicotine faded Desert Sun Yellow finish on the neck and body with some sticker tan and Malmsteen cameos, basswood body with a slim maple neck and a 24 fret maple fingerboard with dot inlays, weighs 3.3kg's. Loaded with an aftermarket clear pickguard housing the original Ibanez HSH pickups, original Floyd Rose Edge system and Gotoh tuners.
Well loved overall used condition as pictured, given a full professional setup and service prior to listing, frets have plenty of life, smooth and shiny with basic wear.
