The September 2010 issue of Guitar World ranked the Mockingbird as "the coolest guitar of all time".
Appearing in the 1989 Fernandes catalog, the MB-90YK was a high end neckthrough Mockingbird bass that was made in Japan for a few years. Maple neckthrough construction with mahogany wings, 24 fret rosewood fingerboard (34" scale length), it weighs 3.3kg's. Loaded with two FGI active P style pickups controlled by three volume knobs and a master tone control, this one appears to be all original.
