Made by the Fujigen factory in early 1987 (and appearing in their 1988 catalog), the VB-650 was Greco's premium "Beatle Bass" model. With a spruce/sycamore semi-hollow body and a set maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.1kg's. Loaded with a pair of Maxon produced bass humbuckers and traditional Hofner style controls/wiring, this one appears to be all original except for the replaced knobs.
Good overall vintage condition as pictured with light cosmetic wear and tear as pictured. There's some small cracking in the finish near the fretboard join to the neck as pictured but nothing structural and nothing that impacts on playability. Could use a restring and a little clean but it's all good as it sits.
