Made by the Fujigen factory in 1987 as part of Fender Japan's famous "E Series" of guitars. The TL314-55 was the "Medium Scale" version of the standard Telecaster featuring a 628mm scale length and 22 frets for a bit more of a Gibson feel. Basswood body bolted to a satin feel maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.5kg's.
Well used condition as pictured with some cosmetic bumps and scuffs on the body and some fairly heavy wear to the frets, restrung and given a basic service prior to listing. Truss works well and the frets were polished, pots were flushed and lubed and the jack was cleaned. Has a brand new three-way switch and generic pickups installed otherwise it seems to be close to original.
