Japanese made in 1987, the Model 2 was the simple pleasure from the Jackson/Charvel catalog. Basswood body with a maple neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (12" - 16" compound radius), it's loaded with a replacement Dimarzio Evo humbucker controlled by a master volume knob and weighs 3.8kg's. This one has the original Kahler system and Jackson branded tuners so it's solid and stays in tune nicely.
Restrung and given a basic service prior to listing, plays great and sounds very nice. Neck is straight and the truss works well, jumbo frets are smooth and have plenty of life. There's one small chip missing from the tip of the headstock, but to be honest you'd probably do it yourself anyway so the previous owner just saved you the hassle.
