Japanese made in 1985 as part of the famous Fender "E Series", the TL72-55 was Fenders '72 Reissue Telecaster. Aged gloss black finish on a basswood body bolted to a slim C profile maple neck (43mm nut width, 7.25" radius), it weighs 3.8kg's. Loaded with Fender Japan pickups, a three-point ashtray style bridge and Gotoh tuners, it appears all original.
Good vintage condition as pictured with one notable scrape on the body as pictured, purely cosmetic with no structural issues. Plenty of basic cosmetic wear from general use, the frets have some playwear but are shiny and smooth and the neck is straight with a fully adjustable truss rod.
