Made in Japan by the Fujigen factory in 1985 as part of Fender's critically acclaimed "E Series", this Jazz Bass Special design was made famous by Duff McKagen. Basswood Precision style body with a Jazz profile maple neck and 20 fret rosewood fingerboard (34" scale length), weighs 3.8kg's. Loaded with Fender Japan passive PJ pickups with volume and tone controls and a three-way selector, it's a simple bass capable of a full range of tones.
Well loved condition as pictured with some finish wear and tear from years of loving use along with a few removeable stickers. Neck is straight and the frets are shiny with plenty of life, truss works as it should and the electronics were serviced and sound great.
