Made by the Matsumoku factory in 1984, the ZZB-Deluxe is a perfect depiction of the 1980's. Explorer shaped alder body with a maple neck and a 24 fret rosewood fingerboard (820mm scale length), it weighs just under 4.5kg's.
Loaded with a pair of MB-III dual coil pickups controlled by master volume/tone knobs and a three-way selector, Aria Pro II branded tuners and a diecast bridge. This one seems all original except for a brand new three-way selector. .
Given a full professional service prior to listing. Well loved vintage condition with a few bumps and scuffs as pictured. The truss works as it should and the neck is straight with plenty of life in the polished frets. There's some small cracking to the headstock as pictured but nothing that moves under pressure and no structural or tuning issues.
