Japanese made by the Matsumoku factory in 1981, the CS-400 was one of Aria Pro II's simplistic double cutaway models. Unlike the one smashed by Kurt Cobain, this is a higher end model with a set-neck construction built with a sen ash body, maple neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length), it weighs 4kg's. Factory loaded with a pair of split-table Protomatic pickups controlled by a three-way selector and independent master volume/tone knobs, it appears all original.
Good overall vintage condition as pictured with a few signs of wear and tear as pictured and the previously mentioned mods. The frets are clean and play well with a straight neck and adjustable truss.
