Made in Tokyo, Japan in the mid 1980's, this was one of Moon's custom order models from the ST-REAL series of high end Stratocasters. Made with a natural finish on a beautiful two-piece White Ash body bolted to a slim C maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (42mm nut width and a modern 15.75" radius), it weighs 3.9kg's. Factory loaded with four Bartolini 3S "tapped" single coil pickups wired in a HSS style controlled by a 5-way selector and a coil split. This one appears to be all original except for some replacement Gotoh tuners.
Clean overall condition as pictured with some wear and tear that's common for a high end guitar that was ordered to be played, received a full professional setup and service prior to listing including fret polish, truss adjustment and restring.
