Built by the ESP factory in Japan in the late 1980's, the JK1000 is a simple shredder for simple guitarists. Glossy red finish on a maple body with a banana headstock, maple neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (22 frets, 648mm scale length), it weighs 3.4kg's. Loaded with a top mounted Body Crasher locking tremolo system with a Kramer KH-100 humbucker controlled by a master volume knob.
