Bill Lawrence branded guitars were made by Moridaira Guitars (responsible for Morris guitars, among others) and were built around the impressive range of Bill Lawrence pickups.
This one is inspired by the Fender '57 model Stratocaster with an alder body, maple neck (with a light V profile) and 21 fret maple fingerboard, it weighs 3.5kg's. Loaded with a set of original Bill Lawrence alnico single coils with a really classic tone controlled by a 5-way switch with a newly installed PIO tone capacitor. Original vintage-style tuners with Lawrence stamped bridge saddles.
Given a full professional setup and service including a restring, fret polish, truss adjustment and electronics flush. Frets are worn and lightly pitted but still bend smoothly but the neck is straight and it plays nicely.
