Made in the USA in 1979 and professionally restored in 2025, this is a great example of "affordable vintage" in the American guitar world. This one received a full professional nitro refinish on the neck and a refret with period correct frets by Rick at Steward Guitars, who works out of Echo Tone in Melbourne. The neck looks and feels incredible and perfectly matches the rest of the guitar, giving it both the look and feel of a vintage guitar with a bit of modern comfort.
Solid body and bolt-on maple neck (40mm nut width) with all the classic 70's features including a three-bolt neck plate with a micro tilt and a bullet truss rod, it weighs a very manageable 4.1kg's.
Loaded with the original pickups, pots and wiring, the hardware appears all original too with block saddles and F stamped tuners.
Nice honest condition for a late 70's guitar with a few cosmetic signs of wear and tear and no breaks, the body has faded to a satin look and feel. All the hardware as lubricated and works as it should and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss rod.
