Japanese made in the late 1970's, the SA-80 was Navigator's ES-335 copy. A subsidiary of ESP Japan, Navigator guitars stand the test of time as some of the coolest and most vibe-y guitars to come out of Japan due to their custom-shop level craftsmanship and materials.
Maple top and back with some light birds-eye grain set to a mahogany slim 60's profile neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.6kg's. Loaded with S stamped Maxon humbuckers and Grover tuners.
Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing. Overall it's in good vintage condition as pictured with some honest play-wear and cosmetic bumps/bruises. The frets are worn with some pitting but still play smoothly and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss.
