Made by the Fujigen factory in 1977, the PMB-800 was an unofficial Paul McCartney signature model 4001 bass from Greco. Lightly flamed maple body and neckthrough maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, this one weighs 4.2kg's. Our legal team said we can't say much about this design as it's frowned upon by the estate of a certain Swiss engineer.
Overall it's a pretty clean bass with light cosmetic wear from general use and appears all original. The neck is straight and the truss works well, the bridge can't be lowered any further but the action as it sits is very reasonable and it plays nicely.
