Made by the Matsumoku factory in 1976, the LC-500 was Aria Pro II's base model Les Paul Custom. Solid mahogany body with an arched maple top bolted to a slim 60's style maple neck with an Indian rosewood fingerboard, it weighs just over 4kg's. Loaded with the original Matsumoku "T-Top" humbuckers (covers removed) and original tuners with what looks to be an aftermarket bridge and tailpiece along with one replaced tone pot.
This one received a slight neck repair as pictured where a small crack running along the back of the neck was reglued, buffed and sanded so it's smooth to the tough and virtually undetectable in the hand. Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing and plays nicely with a straight neck and plenty of fretlife.
