Made in late 1975, the EG-550GS was their seldom seen replica of the Norlin era Les Paul Deluxe. Solid pancake body bolted to a slim 60's style three-piece neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs a reasonable 4.3kg's.
Loaded with the original Maxon made mini humbuckers (designed exclusively for these models) that sound absolutely magnificent, the original "goof-strips" are still intact along with the original pickup rings and pickguard.
Cosmetically clean for it's age with a few signs of general wear and tear as pictured. The frets are worn but are shiny with life left and the neck is straight with an adjustable truss. Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing.
