Made in Japan in 1974, this is a beautifully modified Fernandes FTE-50. With a solid maple body that was previously stripped back and flame-treated bolted to a soft-v profile maple neck and maple fingerboard (40mm nut width), it weighs a hefty 4.3kg's. Loaded with an unbranded vintage humbucker in the neck position and the original single coil mounted to a modernized bridge system along with the vintage Schecter branded tuners and four-bolt neck plate.
Well loved but well cared for condition as pictured, received a full professional setup and service prior to listing. The neck is straight and the frets are shiny and smooth with some wear but plenty of life left.
