Made in Japan in 1973, the Greco S-50 was their Gibson ES-175 replica. Fully hollowbody construction with a 82mm deep body set to a slim 60's profile neck and a 20 fret rosewood fingerboard (40mm nut width, 628mm scale length), it weighs 3kg's.
Loaded with a pair of Maxon humbuckers controlled by the original pots and wiring, this one has a replacement rosewood bridge and some replacement tuners otherwise it appears to be factory original with a trap-eze style tailpiece.
Well looked after vintage condition as pictured with some cosmetic wear to the finish. Received a partial neck-reset prior to a full setup and service so the action is smooth with plenty of room for adjustment and a great neck angle. The vintage frets are shiny and smooth, they're fairly flat but still play nicely as it sits. The truss works as it should with a nice straight neck.
