1989 Yamaha RGZ-IIIM HSH Superstrat (Made in Japan)
Made in Japan in the late 80's (when Yamaha models had a great reputation), this RGZ model was aimed at competing with the Ibanez RG and JEM models that were on the rise.
The RGZ-IIIM has a smooth thin maple neck (24 jumbo frets) and contoured basswood body, weighs 3.6kg's. Seems to be the original neck/middle pickups and a Dimarzio bridge humbucker, some aftermarket wiring was done by the previous owner that seems to favour the humbuckers more than the middle single.
Good vintage condition with plenty of signs of use and basic surface wear, structurally it's all good though with no cracks or breaks. Frets have plenty of life.
