1978 Greco Japan EG-500 Les Paul Standard (Cherry Sunburst)
Made in Japan by the Fujigen factory in 1978, this Greco EG-500 features a sycamore top with a two-piece mahogany back and three-piece maple neck and weighs just over 4kg's. This one's loaded with the original Greco branded tuners and Japanese bridge/tailpiece along with a pair of replacement unbranded humbuckers and new knobs1
Given basic setup and service prior to listing, this one's in players grade cosmetically as pictured with no structural breaks or repairs to be seen. The frets are shiny with some light pitting but they play smooth as they sit, the neck is straight and the truss works as it should.
