Made in Japan in 1970, the red label FG-500 features a solid spruce top with laminate Jacaranda back/sides, a V profile mahogany neck and an ebony fingerboard, weighs 2kg's.

This one came from a true player and has loads of typical playwear from a guitar that seems to have seen the world. Received a restring and professional setup prior to listing, the frets show some wear and pitting but are shiny and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss, plays well with a medium action (3.25mm at the 12th fret on the low E), saddle has some room to lower it more if need be. Has a small cosmetic crack as pictured that's solid with no movement, the bracing is solid and secure and the top has very minimal bloating.
