Boss BF-2B Bass Flanger
The Boss BF-2B was part of the bass specific series of pedals released in the late 1980's. These five pedals shared the same colour scheme as each other, steering clear of the bright colours that Boss was known for.
The BF-2B features the same control layout as the BF-2. The BF-2B was a favourite for bassists looking for less of a jet engine tone and more of a swelling tone.
The Manual knob adjusts the rate of the delay time, the Depth knob controls the peaks of the waveform, the Rate knob controls the speed of the flange and the Res knob controls the resonance of the effect.
Produced from February 1987 until November 1994.
Made in Japan until 1989, then moved to Taiwan.
